Whiteheads and dry hair are common problems that I don’t usually deal with. Going to the salon or having a facial will make me spend quiet a sum of money. Since I was just slacking off at home and bored at the same time I tried some home remedy stuff:
Home made remedy for whiteheads:
Mix 3tbsp. of cornstarch with a table 2tbsp. of vinegar. Let the mixture stay in your face for half an hour. There will be a stingy sensation. If the sensation is unbearable wash it off immediately. Do this once a week.
Home made remedy for dry hair:
Oil treatment:
Put coconut oil in your hair. Cover it with a towel soaked in hot water and then wrap it up with shower cap or plastic bag. Leave for half an hour. Shampoo it lightly and condition afterwards.
Banana and avocado
Mix bananas (the blacker the better) avocado and then put a table spoon of coconut oil. Massage the mixture in your washed hair (shampooed) and scalp. Cover it with shower cap for half an hour. Rinse properly then condition.
To add shine to your hair:
Mix a table spoon of honey with 2 cups of water. Put it in your hair after bathing and do not rinse.
*The best remedy for both and most of all the common physical problems is to drink at least 8 glasses of water and at least 8 hours of sleep. If you drink a glass an hour it will make you drink more than required. Sleeping habits requires discipline.
Most of the common problems also has very common solutions. Things becomes complicated if we don't discipline ourselves. Having a balance life is very important. If we give more time and attention to some stuff we will tend to forget and leave out other things. Sleeping and drinking are the most basic things that a person should do. Less of both stuff makes the body suffer. *
